Privacy notice

This notice covers the Yieldnote early-access website and application form, operated by SeletaTech. Production data in a pilot is covered by a separate agreement reviewed before files are shared.

We collect the contact and company details you submit, your chosen problem, optional context, language, submission time, campaign parameters and referrer hostname. We use them to assess fit, respond to your request and manage follow-up. Release updates require the separate optional checkbox.

The site uses Cloudflare hosting, D1 storage and Turnstile security checks. Cloudflare may process connection and device information for security. If email notifications are enabled, application details are also sent through the configured email provider to the SeletaTech follow-up mailbox. This site does not upload production files or send your application to an AI model.

These providers may process information internationally. We do not promise a particular data region for the public form. Do not submit confidential manufacturing records, recipes or personal information about other people.

Unconverted applications are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Pilot retention terms are agreed separately. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from updates by contacting SeletaTech with your reference number.

This version does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Cloudflare may collect site performance and security metrics. Turnstile performs anti-abuse checks. For privacy requests, use the SeletaTech contact link below or reply to our follow-up email. Updated 01 October 2026.
