Your records. A clear report. The evidence behind it.

01 / Product

Start with the questions
you ask every shift.

We scope the first pilot around one reporting task and the records you can provide.

01

Is the daily report complete?

Review production and QC records, spot gaps and check the source before approving a report.

02

Why do loss figures disagree?

Agree on units, calculation rules and usable records before comparing loss figures.

03 / How it works

Start small.
Prove the report.

01

Review your records

Bring a representative sample with batch identifiers, one data owner and one business reviewer.

02

Agree on the scope

Choose one task, a limited time window and the evidence needed to accept the result.

03

Validate the first report

Check the report against your records, resolve gaps and agree on the next step.

04 / Data & deployment

Your deployment.
Your agreed boundaries.

Deployment and data handling are reviewed before each pilot.

01

Existing records first

Begin with agreed production and QC files. Supported formats and handwriting quality are checked during scoping.

02

A clear data agreement

Agree on processing region, model providers, access, retention and export before any production files are shared.

03

Open source, in preparation

A public self-hosted edition is planned. It is not available yet; the customer-derived repository stays private.

A paid pilot, with a clear scope.

Your quote separates onboarding, subscription and any model or OCR costs. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before the pilot starts.

05 / FAQ

A few things to know.

Do we need to replace our ERP or MES?

No replacement is required for a scoped pilot. We begin with agreed existing records; connectors and supported inputs are confirmed first.

Can you read handwritten records?

We review representative samples first. Uncertain readings need review; we do not promise automatic or error-free handwriting recognition.

What happens when a source is missing?

The affected result is flagged or withheld. Missing evidence is a review task, not an invitation to invent a number.

Is the SaaS ready for self-service signup?

Not yet. Yieldnote is in early access with assisted onboarding and scoped pilots. An application does not create a product account.

Can we self-host it?

Deployment options can be discussed during scoping. A publicly installable self-hosted edition is still in preparation.
